I met Courtney earlier this year when we both started working out at L3 Fitness here in Social CIrcle. Her and her family had just moved here and started their careers. Courtney’s smile and sweet personality will light up a room! I’m so thankful to have met her!! She recently shared with me, more about her and her husband and how they met.

Charlie and Courtney grew up in Conyers in their childhood homes, right down the street from one another. They rode the same school bus back and forth to school and were even on the same swim team in elementary school. Courtney always knew about Charlie but there was an age gap that kept them from dating until they were both in college, which was hours away from one another. Charlie went to Georgia College and she went to Georgia State.

When Charlie served in Afghanistan in 2013 for a year, Courtney transferred to Georgia College to be closer to him. God blessed them with their little Caroline shortly after and they got married! They lived in Milledgeville for some time while they both started their careers.

This year, they decided they wanted to live closer to their family and raise their doll, Caroline, in a quaint community. They found our sweet town of Social Circle and made it their hometown!
